5 Things That Happen if You Quit Sugar for Life - ALL VERY Positive

5 Things That Happen if You Quit Sugar for Life

BY KAYLA MATTHEWS   POSTED ON JAN 21, 2015
First, let’s set the record straight by saying that sugar in and of itself isn’t evil, per se. It occurs naturally in plenty of foods, including fruits and milk. With that being said, adding excess sugar to your dietary intake simply isn’t necessary. In fact, you’ll notice numerous positive things happen when you decide to quit sugar for life.
Although people living in the Western world have been trained to desire sugary treats, as well as foods that include copious amounts of sugar for flavoring, we certainly don’t need it. If you stop eating anything but naturally occurring sugars, you’ll notice that 5 very distinctive things will happen.
1. Your Energy Will Improve
Ironically, many of us have a tendency to reach for sugar-filled items, including so-called energy drinks and caffeinated beverages, when we’re tired. Yet without all the sugar, we’re guaranteed to have a higher energy level naturally. In other words, all that sugar is blocking our body’s ability to keep our energy stores at maximal levels. Plus, there will be no up-and-down with your blood sugar, so afternoon crashes will become an experience of the past.
2. Your Weight Will Stabilize
Sugar makes you crave more sugar, and we’re not just talking about sugar in its raw form. Let’s face it: most sugar comes in high-fat and/or high-carb foods that have been processed or at least contain tons of unwanted ingredients. There is, of course, the exception of fruit, which are nearly all sugar.
By going on a sugar detox, your body will not be subjected to the need to deal with all those additional calories. You won’t feel hungry, and you’ll end up losing weight – or at least not seeing the scale fluctuate as dramatically.
3. Your Intestines and Colon Will Perform More Efficiently
If your insides could tell you what they wanted on a daily basis, they would say lots of fiber and a minimum amount of tough-to-digest, impure foods. When you remove sugar, you’re enabling your tummy and bowels to reset their abilities to process what you’ve eaten. You may even find that you go to the bathroom more often … this is a good thing. It means everything is getting back to a normal routine.

4. You’ll Stop Wanting Sugar
It’s a fact: sugar begets sugar. After you rid it from your food regimen, you’ll slowly begin to lose the desire to eat anything with sugar in it. Fruits will taste plenty sweet, and if you do take a bite of a cake or pie, you’ll be shocked at how overpowering and overly sweet it seems.
5. Your Skin Will Look Healthier
Have you noticed that you can’t seem to crack the case on why your acne appears and disappears despite all the creams, potions, and ointments you’re using? It may be that sugar is hurting your skin from the inside out. Many people report that their skin feels and looks healthier after they stop giving in to sugar’s pull.

Ready to Start Your Sugar Detox and Quit Sugar for Life?
While a cold turkey approach to your sugar detox isn’t always recommended, especially if you’ve been a sugar-holic for most of your lifetime, it’s definitely a good idea to start cutting back now. The faster you begin, the faster you’ll start to reap the advantages of going sugar-free.
In fact, in light of the countless dangers of consuming too much sugar, the World Health Organization has changed its sugar recommendation—advising no more than 5% of your daily calories should come from the sweet stuff, down from the previously recommended 10 percent. Considering the average American consumes close to 5 grams each day, we have some work to do.
Start small by evaluating everything you’re eating and drinking. If you are addicted to sugar-laced coffee drinks sold at popular coffeehouses, scale back on how many times you drink them. Then, scale back some more. Soon, omit certain sugar-laden products. Over time, you will physiologically adjust to your new habits.
Remember that it takes about three weeks before a new way of doing something becomes a comfortable routine. If you have slight missteps, such as eating a candy bar after a stressful workday, just keep forging ahead. The results of your diligence will definitely be worth it.

You can’t overstate the quackery and outright medical fraud, by AMA , Drs., Drug cos.and entire medical Ind.

Dangerous Drs., Another Cancer Doctor, Admits Fabricating False Positives to Profit From Selling Toxic Chemotherapy

If you were to travel the world trying to search out the most insidious con artists, scammers, hucksters and quacks, you’d be hard-pressed to find anyone worse than a pharma-centric oncology doctor. These are the highly-paid hucksters that poison people to death while pretending to sell them “treatment” for a disease they very often don’t even have in the first place.
Latest Case in point: the U.S. Department of Justice’s prosecution of Dr. Fata, who was arrested and charged with twelve counts of “Health Care Fraud” and another county of “Conspiracy to Pay and Receive Kickbacks.”  As explained by naturopathic doctor Dave Mihalovic on PreventDisease.com [1], Dr. Fata was “a prominent cancer doctor in Michigan who admitted in court one year ago to intentionally and wrongfully diagnosing healthy people with cancer. Fata also admitted to giving them chemotherapy drugs for the purpose of making a profit.”

The article goes on to report: “It is my choice,” Fata said on Tuesday of his surprise guilty plea, which included rattling off the names of numerous drugs he prescribed for his patients over the years. In each admission, he uttered these words:
“I knew that it was medically unnecessary.”
Fata was charged with running a $35-million Medicare fraud scheme that involved billing the government for medically unnecessary oncology and hematology treatments. The government says Fata ran the scheme from 2009 to the present, through his medical businesses, including Michigan Hematology Oncology Centers, with offices in Clarkston, Bloomfield Hills, Lapeer, Sterling Heights, Troy and Oak Park.

According to the government, Fata had a patient load of 1,200 people and received $62 million from Medicare; he billed for more than $150 million. Dr. Fata, like countless other oncologists, used highly unethical scare tactics to trick patients into agreeing to expensive chemotherapy they don’t even need. The point of all this is to bill Medicare for millions in toxic chemotherapy treatments, raking in obscene profits while sending patients home with permanently damaged livers, kidneys and brains… all documented side effects of toxic chemotherapy.
Cancer drs. are slick used car salesmen pretending to be medical professionals. This problem is far more widespread than you might imagine. I recently heard of a case where a woman had a small cancer tumor removed from her breast and was told all the other surrounding tissue (including lymph nodes) tested negative for cancer. The cancer was 100% local and non-systemic, in other words. Yet for weeks after surgery, she was hounded by the hospital’s oncologist who demanded to see her for a “treatment plan” that would involve exposing her to toxic chemotherapy chemicals while billing her insurance for hundreds of thousands of dollars.
When she pointed out that there was no other cancer and asked what purpose chemotherapy could possibly play in a person who had no cancer, she was told — get this — that chemotherapy works as a “preventive” measure against cancer.

You can’t overstate the quackery and outright medical fraud in such a suggestion. The idea that chemotherapy is some sort of nutrient that prevents cancer is nothing more than the delusional wild fantasy of the very oncologists who profit from selling patients these toxic treatments. Yet these unscrupulous drs disguise their for-profit sales calls as “medical consultations” — all while wholly neglecting to mention their outrageous financial conflicts of interest.
Major study shows Chemo has a 2.5% resolution rate
over 5 years !

Yes, the quack dr. who “diagnoses” you with cancer is the very same quack doctor who also cashes the high-dollar Medicare checks sent to his clinic after he “treats” you by poisoning you with chemicals. This stunning conflict of interest is never mentioned to patients. Instead, these doctors engage in the most insidious scare tactics imaginable, telling patients things like, “You won’t be alive in six months unless you agree to this treatment.”
If any other profession acted in such a highly unethical manner, such practices would be widely condemned as dishonest hucksterism. But somehow when these crimes against women are conducted behind the disguises of white lab coats and state-sanctioned medical licenses, society looks the other way as these con artists poison our sisters, mothers, grandmothers, aunts and daughters. Any human being with a set of breasts is a profiteering target of the unscrupulous cancer industry that’s far more interested in making money off cancer than ever curing it.
The mammography scam snags women to be poisoned for profit
“Breast cancer screenings also result in an increase in breast cancer mortality and fail to address prevention,” reports PreventDisease.com. “Despite no evidence ever having supported any recommendations made for regular periodic screening and mammography at any age, malicious recommendations from the Society of Breast Imaging (SBI) and the American College of Radiology (ACR) on breast cancer screening are now suggesting that breast cancer screening should begin at age 40 and earlier in high-risk patients.”

Indeed, mammograms harm ten women for every one woman they help, and the number of false positives in the cancer industry is unimaginably high. Every year across America and other nations where the racketeering cancer industry has invaded health care, women’s lives are sacrificed in the name of cancer profits.
To cover it up, all causes of death of these women who killed by chemotherapy are instead listed as being caused by “cancer.” There likely isn’t a single death certificate in America where the cause of death is listed as “chemotherapy.” This is how the industry buries the truth about the number of women it is routinely killing while raking in criminal profits by committing massive health care fraud. Some even call it “medical murder” carried out by the medical mafia.

As PreventDisease.com explains, “Dr. Farid Fata is only a consequence of the system. Like him there are thousands of legally practicing Doctors and oncologists in the United States and abroad who are guilty of the same crimes, but because they fly below the radar, they are never caught.”  It’s also because new victims keeps walking through the doors of these criminal cancer clinics, asking for medical help. But instead of being helped, they are very often poisoned and even killed as part of the grand Medicare billing scheme that enriches quack doctors while destroying the health and lives of countless innocent women.
The cancer industry body count makes terrorism look tame

This ongoing crime against women dwarfs the body count of all the world’s acts of terrorism and war combined. The war against women being waged by the cancer industry — and spurned by ringleaders like Susan G. Komen — is nothing less than a crime against humanity.
To call it “medicine” is an insult to human dignity. It is not medicine; it is a way to turn a female body into financial riches for the doctor while destroying the health of the woman.

NEVER trust an oncologist. They will knowingly poison you for profit for the simple reason that their bank account is more important to them than your health. If they seem really genuine and caring, it’s because they genuinely care about their bank accounts… and YOU are the answer to them suckering Medicare out of a few hundred thousand more dollars.

Conventional Sodium Advice WRONG, Large Study Confirms

Conventional Sodium Advice WRONG, Large Study Confirms
Posted on: Tuesday, January 6th 2015 at 2:30 pm
A large international study conducted in 17 countries and recently published in the New England Journal of Medicine has found the advice given by doctors to their heart patients and others with regard to sodium has been WRONG.
Conventional advice given by most Western doctors and even published by the U.S. Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion – part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services – has recommended that those under 50 years old limit their sodium intake to less than 2,300 milligrams per day, and those over 50 limit their sodium consumption to less then 1,500 milligrams per day.
The recent study, conducted by nearly 400 scientists around the world, followed 156,424 people between the ages of 35 and 70 years old living in 628 cities and villages in Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, India, Iran, Malaysia, Pakistan, Poland, South Africa, Sweden, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Zimbabwe.
Urinary sodium levels tested
Within this study, the researchers  measured urinary sodium and potassium levels among 101,945 people from the five continents by sampling fasting urine in the morning. The urine samples were analyzed and compared with the medical history and prescription history of each subject.
The researchers especially focused upon any history of cardiovascular disease and death among the subjects, correlating the sodium and potassium levels with health history.
The researchers continued to follow the subjects for an average of 3.7 years after the initial samples were taken and analyzed.
Cancer patients were eliminated from the study, and other known predictors of heart disease and death were accounted for.
The researchers found that consuming less than 3,000 milligrams of sodium per day was associated with a 27% increase in cardiovascular disease and death.
Consuming between 3,000 milligrams and 6,000 milligrams of sodium each day was found to be associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular disease and death.
Consuming more than 6,000 milligrams per day was associated with a 15% increase in cardiovascular disease and mortality.
Remember that current guidelines have been limiting sodium consumption to 1,500 milligrams for those over 50, and less than 2,300 milligrams for those 50 or younger.
And the bottom line of this study finds that consuming between 3,000 and 6,000 milligrams of sodium per day decreases ones risk of heart conditions and death while consuming less than 3,000 and more than 6,000 increases risk. More specifically, the research found that more than 7,000 milligrams per day increases risk significantly.
Why the mistake?
Why has the medical industry been so off about this? In their paper, the study authors suggested that current sodium intake guidelines are based primarily upon shorter studies and study models that don't apply directly to the general population.
This current study removes those elements, allowing for a direct understanding between how much sodium people are consuming, how much is healthy, and how much is not healthy.
Because the kidneys carefully manage the body's levels of sodium and potassium, urinary samples provide an accurate way to monitor someone's total sodium consumption.
Yet this confirms previous research
As I reported several years ago, despite the notion that previous findings have been to the contrary, a 2011 study from from Albert Einstein School of Medicine followed more than 360,000 human subjects and another from Canada's McMaster University followed 4,729 human subjects, correlating their sodium levels with cardiovascular health.
These studies found, respectively, that sodium levels less than 2,500 milligrams per day and 3,000 milligrams per day increased the incidence of heart disease among the participants.
Hypertension mostly unrelated to sodium consumption
In addition to these studies, research from University of California more than three years ago also found that sodium guidelines were mistaken.
This research was a compilation of clinical studies including a 2009 U.C-Davis study that included 129 studies and 50,060 human subjects tested with 24-hour urinary sodium excretion examinations.
This research also compiled research analyzed the various studies regarding salt intake and hypertension, along with heart conditions in general. The central assumption of conventional medicine is that higher sodium levels within the blood that lead to hypertension are produced by higher consumption of sodium.
The research found that the body self-adjusts and regulates the sodium intake within the body, yielding healthy levels. This regulation takes place through the discharge of sodium outside of healthy levels.  Confirming the above studies, this compilation of research also found that healthy sodium consumption ranges between 2,622 to 4,840 milligrams per day.
This research concluded that the decreased rates of hypertension in the U.S. were not connected with reduced sodium intake, as some have proposed. In fact, their statistics found that sodium consumption has been increasing with the increased consumption of processed foods.

Sodium appetite explained

According to the researchers, the body maintains its internal sodium levels by increasing what they called "sodium appetite." When the body senses its internal sodium levels are too low, we will naturally seek more sodium in our foods.
Ayurvedic medicine has long described such a notion as the body seeking foods with saltier flavor – called salt cravings to balance the rasa system.
But if more sodium is consumed than needed, the body will automatically adjust its internal sodium levels by excreting more sodium in the urine. The body uses what doctors refer to as the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system to balance sodium levels.

Modern refined salt and sodium balance

The recent study also found that consuming more than 1,500 milligrams of potassium per day was associated with a significantly reduced risk of cardiovascular disease and mortality, while consuming less than 1,500 milligrams was linked to increased risk.
This brings into focus a larger view, that of balancing sodium intake along with other macro and trace minerals. This is important because our sodium levels and its impact upon our health also relates to our consumption of many other important minerals such as potassium, calcium, boron, zinc and many others.  Modern refined salt, however, does not help balance our mineral consumption. Because white salt is stripped of other minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and many trace elements, consuming refined salt helps distort our mineral requirements – with a leaning towards sodium, with sodium chloride out of proportion with what typically accompanies the compound in nature. Adding insult to injury, modern salt often contains numerous chemical additives such as tricalcium phosphate, silica dioxide, sodium ferrocyanide, ferric ammonium citrate and/or sodium silico-aluminate.
Consuming natural sea salts or rock salts provide a pathway of consuming a better balance of trace minerals. Just be aware that iodine is a typical additive of modern salt that is often deficient in today's diets.

Red meat triggers toxic immune reaction which causes cancer, scientists find

Scientists at the University of California discovered that the human body views red meat as a foreign invader and launches an immune response

The body views red meat as a foreign invader which must be stamped out
The body views red meat as a foreign invader which must be stamped out
Red meat has been linked to cancer for decades, with research suggesting that eating large amounts of pork, beef or lamb raises the risk of deadly tumours.
But for the first time scientists think they know what is causing the effect. The body, it seems, views red meat as a foreign invader and sparks a toxic immune response.
Researchers have always been puzzled about how other mammals could eat a diet high in red meat without any adverse health consequences.
Now they have discovered that pork, beef and lamb contains a sugar which is naturally produced by other carnivores but not humans.
It means that when humans eat red meat, the body triggers an immune response to the foreign sugar, producing antibodies which spark inflammation, and eventually cancer.
In other carnivores the immune system does not kick in, because the sugar – called Neu5Gc – is already in the body.
Scientists at the University of California proved that mice which were genetically engineered so they did not produce Neu5Gc naturally developed tumours when they were fed the sugar.  "This is the first time we have directly shown that mimicking the exact situation in humans increases spontaneous cancers in mice,” said Dr Ajit Varki, Professor of Medicine and Cellular and Molecular Medicine at the University of California.
"The final proof in humans will be much harder to come by.
"This work may also help explain potential connections of red meat consumption to other diseases exacerbated by chronic inflammation, such as atherosclerosis and type 2 diabetes.

course, moderate amounts of red meat can be a source of good nutrition for young people. We hope that our work will eventually lead the way to practical solutions for this catch-22."
Red meat is a good source of protein, vitamin and minerals, but an increasing body of research suggests too much is bad for long-term health.
Health experts recommend eating no more than 2.5oz (70g) a day, the equivalent of three slices of ham, one lamb chop or two slices of roast beef a day
A study published by Harvard University in June suggested that a diet high in red meat raised the risk of breast cancer for women by 22%. In 2005 a study found those who regularly ate 5.6oz (160g) of red meat a day had one third higher risk of bowel cancer.  The average person in the UK has 2.5oz (70g) meat a day 3oz (88g) among men, 2oz (52g) among women) but 33 per cent have more than 3.5oz (100g) a day.
Previous research has suggested that a pigment in red meat may also damage the DNA of cells lining the digestive system.
The new research was published online in the journal, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

Exceptional Health @78. Here’s How I Did It - still Do It - Nearly Anyone CAN !

Exceptional Health @78. Here’s How I Did It - still Do It -
Nearly Anyone CAN !

Donald J. Porter, cured stage IV metasticised Prostate cancer 8 years ago - NO Poison Chemo or radiation

·        Deep Breathing - Oxygen intake kills bad cells that CAUSE Illnesses/iseases/cancer
·        High Alkalinity Organic Diet - More Oxygen per cell, Minimize Chemicals in food
·        Quality Water, Green Teas, Quality Herbs, Exercise
All to Max the efficiency/ability of YOUR Immune System Function
When I was younger, I never made the decision to think about how I wanted to live in my older years. Today, at 78, I’m living the way I sort of hoped I would: an active high-energy life free of illness, arthritis, cancer, heart issues, etc.. This didn’t happen by accident, or because of good genes. It happened on purpose, because I made a conscious choice with my other half.
When I meet people my age who suffer from degenerative diseases, I’m really troubled because I know it doesn’t have to be this way. Excellent health is three-pronged: diet, exercise/oxygen and state of mind. If you’re young and want to get serious about how you’ll live in your older years, I suggest seriously thinking about all three of these Issues/comitments right now.
Diet
I eat fresh, all organic and local whenever possible, completely avoiding processed, fast and packaged foods. Sugar and wheat aren’t part of my diet, and I seek to include certain herbs with every meal. We get plenty of good fats, use Sea salt, eat organic nuts and grains that are soaked and/or sprouted. I STRONGLY avoid both prescription and over-the-counter medications. Whether your vegetarian or vegan, these same guidelines can apply. Try your best to eat only grass-fed, pastured, organic meats and raw, organic dairy from grass-fed cows. Stay away from any factory-farmed meats and pasteurized dairy.
GET ALKALINE!
Exercise
Find a form of exercise that you enjoy and you can do daily. If you love the gym, great. If you don’t, find something else. Walking, yoga, sports, dancing, cycling, anything that will get you up and moving is perfect. Pick an activity you look forward to doing so you don’t procrastinate. Remember, the best exercise is the one you will do consistently, and enjoy.
State of Mind
You can eat well and exercise, but if you’re frequently stressed, your health will suffer. Get lots of sleep, appreciate yourself, stay happy and be peaceful.  If you want to stay healthy and vibrant into your later years, you need to ONLY do what is beneficial to you and your Immune System ! Any Drs. that urge your use of Drugs, rather that quality organic high alkaline diets, MUST be AVOIDED
ALWAYS seek THE CAUSE of any health issues !!

. Don’t wait until you start to get sick to follow a healthy lifestyle. If you’re already sick, you CAN do something about it by giving yourself excellent nutrition, getting exercise and dealing with your stress. Drugs DO NOT address the cause and ALL drugs have side effects !

I have cured cancers. Drs. do not know how to, as they are PRIMARILY in a NO HEAL-- NO CURE, AMA brainwashed, revenue creating mode, and never seek causes !! Overworked immune Systems are mostly the cause of illness!
Chemo destroys the immune system - which, of course,

is near Barbaric !
